L1 English: Workplace - Semester B

This English course is designed to prepare you for communicating in any and every type of workplace. 

If you want to prepare for the workplace and want to learn to write meaningful texts like you will have to do in the real world, then this is the course for you! The communication skills you will learn in this course will not only help you secure a job, but also excel at it. 

Standards listed below are subject to change and will be decided in collaboration with the students and their teacher at the beginning of the semester. Students will be offered 8-10 credits for this course. Students will also have the opportunity to take this course without an external exam if they choose. 

Students can take this course for both semesters.

The workplace theme will spark interest for students want to hone their English skills for jobs in every kind of workplace.
