Level 3 Technology Multi Materials - ‘There is no Planet B’ - Design - Semester A

Suitable for any student interested in using a range of materials to problem-solve, particularly those with an interest in creative, design or technology industries. 

What curriculum skills will students learn in this course?

The course covers a range of skills required to initiate design ideas to meet a brief. Including exploring and researching ideas, considering suitable materials and components, sketching, understanding what makes a good design and considering how a design might be realised. 

Special Information

Alternative Achievement Standards may be negotiated based on the nature of individual student projects and strengths.

For subject endorsement Students will need to complete both Semester A and Semester .

This is a UE approved subject if taken for both semesters.


SEMESTER A: No pre - requisites. Successfully completing a Technology subject at Level 2 is preferred.
