Level 2 Technology Multi Materials - ‘There is no Planet B’ - Make - Semester B

Why should students take this course?

Suitable for any student interested in using a range of materials to problem-solve, particularly those with an interest in creative, design or technology industries. 

What curriculum skills will students learn in this course?

Students will explore, critique, test and trial materials, components, tools, equipment and a range of practical skills to develop and test a prototype of personal interest  to them as well as meet a brief. The prototype the student creates may be the conceptual design from Semester A.

Special Information

Alternative Achievement Standards may be negotiated based on the nature of individual student projects and strengths.

For subject endorsement Students will need to complete both Semester A and Semester B

Prerequisites?

No prerequisites.  Successfully completing a Technology subject at Level 1 is preferred and/or completion of SEMESTER A course an advantage.
