A one semester course that prepares students for NCEA Food Technology and Hospitality. Students will develop solutions to mini briefs.

Year 10 Food Technology provides a pathway for students wanting to study Year 11 Food and Hospitality or for those who have an interest in a career pathway in the following areas: chef, dietitian, food technologist. 



Selection of a course does not guarantee entry into the course. Courses may not run due to low numbers and timetable clashes may occur. In both of these situations, the student will be consulted about alternative courses during the Course Confirmation process.
