Ākonga who take this course will be confident and creative in expressing their product ideas both in a written report (Product Launch) and in a presentation to a panel of business mentors (Product Viability). You will be mentored through the different stages of your business with advice. Ākonga must have good self management skills to achieve all UE credits, as this is a year long project with milestone due dates. Ākonga should take this course if they want to investigate a product idea and experience the journey of making it a reality.

Level 3 Business equips ākonga with the knowledge and skills to enter into tertiary and university studies in the areas Commerce, Business, Accountancy and Human Resources. This course can also lead ākonga in participating or starting their own business/self-employment.
