Level 2 Physics - Semester B
Electricity and electromagnetism and atomic physics are fundamental concepts underpinning all physics understanding and a sub-atomic level.
Physics seeks to understand nature at its most fundamental level. Physicists – and students studying physics – attempt to discover and apply the general laws that govern force and motion, matter and energy, and space and time.
Electricity and atomic physics are fundamental to a range of professional and exciting careers including engineering, astrophysics, radiology, spectroscopy and geophysics. Physics students should develop sufficient scientific awareness and skills to be able to engage with these areas and nurture further interest in them.
Curriculum Skills:
Students will need to also study Semester A Level 2 Physics in order to gain Course Endorsement.

Prior Learning & PrerequisitesStudents choosing this course must be studying Level 2 Semester A Physics. It is also preferable that students are also studying Maths Level 2 Semester A Graphing and Maths Semester B Pre-Calculus
This course is eligible for subject endorsement, however, you will need to select both Semester A and B.
