In Semester A Photographers work through two internal achievement standards, the first (2.2) using established photography practice to learn about photography conventions and the many ways to make Art with a camera and the second (2.3) they expanding their knowledge of photography conventions and develop ideas by making and editing a series of related Photography drawings using the Adobe Creative Suite to edit and order their artworks.

Photography develops visual thinking and compositional skills. It leads to  Level 3 Photography and compliments many pathways within the Creative and Visual Arts. Further study in Fine Arts or Design will lead to rewarding career outcomes.
