This course is designed for students who want to challenge and develop themselves as well rounded physical students. You will develop skills to understand how your body moves and adapts to training. Students will understand and research Biophysical Principles related movement, develop and improve their physical performance in a range of different activities. Also continue to develop their planning and leadership skills, by organising a range of different activities for their peers throughout the year.
