Level 1 Physical Education - Challenge Your Body

Why should students take this course?

We want students who have a passion for physical activity and want to learn more about how their body works and adapts to exercise.  If you want to challenge yourself and develop your personal fitness and game sense then this is the course for you!

What curriculum skills will students learn in this course? 

You will be developing your knowledge and skills in the following topics:  Performance and skill development in Athletics, participate in the school Heptathlon Event, develop your teamwork and interpersonal skills through Ultimate and Tag.

You will be involved in a variety of activities which will improve your skills in communication, leadership, problem solving, self management, independent work and study and importantly understanding more about yourself, others and society.

Full set of PE mufti gear and sports shoes for each practical session.
Chromebook required per 2021 BYOD policy.


Credit Information

This course is eligible for subject endorsement, however, you will need to select both Semester A and B.
