Level 1 Food and Hospitality - ‘Could this be my Career?’

Why should students take this course?

This course focuses on the key life skills of cookery and has a practical focus with a view to considering a career in this Industry.


It is also a foundation course to prepare students for Level 2 and 3 Hospitality.

Special Information

Students will need to bring their Chromebook or laptop to class as the recording of evidence and maintaining a continuous Blog of their practice is highly encouraged.
