Level 1 Engineering - Englineering Preload

Why should students take this course?

Students that take this course will be able to use engineering hand tools and machinery with confidence.

Operate a Centre Lathe, Mill machine, Mill drill and a Pedestal drill. Learn how to be a confident welder using a MIG, TIG, Arc and the Oxygen Acetylene welding plant.

Experience the power of using the Plasma 40 cutter that cuts 20mm thick steel instantly at the press of a button.

Special Information

This is a ONE semester only course. It can only be taken in Semester A or B. Not both.

Prerequisites

None. Yr 10 Engineering provides the confidence required for stepping into Yr 11.
