This practical sport option is designed to cater for students with a genuine interest in sport and fitness. The individual must be committed and willing to work hard physically in order to improve their personal level of strength and conditioning. The use of the school’s weight training facility will aid in this development.
Areas of study include: Developing your Personal Fitness and Skill Development in a range of activities, Basic introduction to Anatomy, Biomechanics, Physiological responses to exercise, and participating to a high level in co-operative games to develop and foster student team work and leadership.
