NCEA Level 2 Horticulture & Sustainability (2HORT)

This course is a mixture of Agriculture/Horticulture and Sustainability.  Students will learn about plant structure and how to propagate from seeds, cuttings and grafting. They will grow their own garden, create a landscape plan, as well as complete a field trip that consists of a day out planting.  There is also the option for incorporating an agriculture focus into the standards.
