L3 Physical Education - Movement
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. Foreman
Students will have a strong physical activity focus, linking their theory knowledge to their practical sessions. You will design and implement an eight week training programme, to improve your fitness and conditioning. Students will gain and developing life skills to use in future sporting endeavours. You will research an issue of inactivity and obesity, build on your leadership skills by coaching Junior students, using a variety of different leadership styles.
Prior Learning & Prerequisites
Students with an interest and passion in Physical Education should choose this course.
