Level 2 Horticulture & Sustainability - Semester B
Semester B of L2 Horticulture and Sustainability sees the introduction of the first sustainability standard. Students will take a personal action towards a sustainability issue. This can be of their choosing or they will participate in planting riparian strips alongside the Kaipara River.
Landscaping is also completed this semester, with students using their horticultural knowledge to design a landscape suitable for a section in a new local subdivision.

Level 1 Horticulture & Sustainability OR
L1 Biology
In some cases, students who have not completed any of these courses will be admitted at the discretion of the Teacher in Charge.
