L2 PE Outdoor Education

Course Description

NCEA Level 2 PE Outdoor Education (2OED)

Students will have the opportunity to experience outdoor pursuits in the local community. They will take part in at least two overnight camp/tramp activities. Students will be focused on team work, interpersonal skills and participation.

Please note: You CANNOT CHOOSE BOTH 2PEL (PE Leadership) & 2OED (Outdoor Education).

PREREQUISITE: Level 1 PE Achievement Standard 1.2 

This course is limited to 24 students and is only available by application to the Head of Faculty - Physical Education Dotti Connew. Selection is based on a holistic assessment of attendance and pastoral entries.
